Wakely, verksam i bl a Storbritannien och med l&aring;ng erfarenhet fr&aring;n internationell finansmarknad, utsedd av Sievert Larsson Scholarship Foundation som &auml;ger 10 procent av aktier och r&ouml;ster samt<\/li>\n<li>Anders Vedin, styrelsens ordf&ouml;rande i IRLAB Therapeutics AB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information om valberedningens arbete samt instruktionen till valberedningen &aring;terfinns p&aring; bolagets hemsida <a href=\"https:\/\/irlab.se\/corporate-governance\/nomination-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.irlab.se\/corporate-governance\/nomination-committee\/<\/a>.
