Den egenutvecklade ISP-plattformen \u00e4r byggd ett p\u00e5 systembiologiskt syns\u00e4tt med en omfattande, standardiserad, och v\u00e4rldsunik databas \u00f6ver CNS-substanser och klasser som samlats in under 25 \u00e5rs forskning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IRLAB:s portf\u00f6lj tas fram med den unika, egenutvecklade forskningsplattformen Integrative Screening Process (ISP), vilken har visat sig kunna m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra uppt\u00e4ckten av s\u00e5 kallade \u201dfirst-in-class\u201d molekyler. ISP-metodiken kombinerar systembiologiska screeningmodeller, en omfattande databas och moderna, analytiska metoder f\u00f6r maskininl\u00e4rning. Detta inneb\u00e4r att IRLAB f\u00e5r unika insikter om den totala effekten av de studerade molekylerna p\u00e5 ett tidigt stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plattformen kan redan i discovery-fasen f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ga vilka l\u00e4kemedelskandidater som har den h\u00f6gsta potentialen f\u00f6r ett givet anv\u00e4ndningsomr\u00e5de och samtidigt de l\u00e4gsta tekniska riskerna.<br>ISP \u00f6kar sannolikheten att l\u00e4kemedelskandidater klarar \u00f6verg\u00e5ng till kliniska faser j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med industristandard. Detta exemplifieras \u00e4ven av en h\u00f6gre sannolikhet att visa klinisk \u2019proof-ofconcept\u2019 i patienter och att d\u00e4refter n\u00e5 sena kliniska stadier i l\u00e4kemedelsutvecklingen f\u00f6r en l\u00e4kemedelskandidat uppt\u00e4ckt med ISP j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med industristandard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5r discovery- och utvecklingsstrategi ger IRLAB en stark konkurrensf\u00f6rdel i att identifiera nya behandlingar f\u00f6r Parkinson och andra CNS-sjukdomar. Det \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r IRLAB att st\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6rfina och utveckla denna teknikbas f\u00f6r att kunna forts\u00e4tta ligga i framkant av modern l\u00e4kemedelsforskning.
